Closer passes $50m for Sony with $6.5m weekend

Continuing itssuccessful international run, Closer added an estimated $6.5m on its peak level of 2,405international prints through Sony Pictures Releasing International (SPRI) atthe weekend to raise its running total to $55.2m.
