Hollywood veteran Robert De Niro told audiences at the Doha Tribeca Film Festival that he has no plans of retiring from film-making.

“I don’t see myself stopping really at this point,” he said.

De Niro identified Raging Bull and The Deer Hunter as two of the most challenging films of his long career and said Matt Damon, Bradley Cooper and Leo DiCaprio were among the young talent that he would like to work with again.

When asked what advice he would give to aspiring actors, De Niro said: “I always say – you’ve got to really love what you do. Don’t expect to be famous – do it because you really love doing it and have fun doing it.”
