The Santa Monica-based company has acquired North America distribution rights to a quintet of old and new titles that will be made available across multiple platforms including VoD and digital.

The films include satire Telstar: The Joe Meek Story starring Kevin Spacey and crime drama The Veteran, both of which were acquired from InTandem Pictures.

Rounding out the acquisition are thriller The Kane Files from Highland Film Group, heist story Decisions from ZRK1 Pictures and Frank Capra’s 1933 Lady For A Day from B2MP.
