AMC Networks’ Sundance Channel is making its debut in Romania; expands service in Hungary and Belgium.

AMC Networks’ Sundance Channel is making its debut in Romania and is expanding its service in Hungary and Belgium.

In Romania, the channel will be available on Liberty Global’s DTH platform, Focus Sat while in Hungary it is being carried on UPC cable, another Liberty platform.

In Belgium, Sundance has signed a distribution deal with broadband cable provider Telenet.

These deals follow the announcement earlier this month that the channel will launch in the Netherlands in March in partnership with Film1.
