German director Ingo Rasper makes his feature debut with the story of a man whose life falls apart when his son comes ouf of the closet and starts an affair with a the father's business rival.
The film is due for release in August in Germany and Austria.
Distributors in France, the UK, the US and Spain are also negotiating deals.
'We are absolutely delighted by the response to what is a very funny movie,' Wieser said. 'Our only concern is to make sure that if possible the film gets a mainstream release and isn't just shown on the gay and lesbian circuit.'
