Swiss actor Bruno Ganz received the EFA Lifetime Achievement Award
2010’s winners and presenters on stage in Tallinn with the evening’s big winner Roman Polanski following proceedings via skype. Polanksi's The Ghost Writer picked up six awards including Best Director and Best European Film.
Lebanon DOP Giora Bejach received the Carlo Di Palma European Cinematographer Award.
Composer Gabriel Yared took the award for European Achievement in World Cinema.
Samuel Maoz won the European Discovery 2010 - Prix FIPRESCI for Lebanon.
