Fine Line Features has optioned Pride And Glory, a new script from Gregory and Gavin O'Connor, the same team behind Fine Line's Tumbleweeds. The script, which the brothers co-wrote with Robert A Hopes, is currently being reworked by Joe Carnahan, who wrote and directed Blood, Guts, Bullets And Octane.

Gavin O'Connor will direct the project which is set to start shooting later this year. The drama is set in the New York City Police Department and looks into the professional and personal lives of a three-generation family of cops.

President Mark Ordesky and creative executive Mike Macari will oversee the project for Fine Line. Jamie Kershaw, vice president of business affairs for Fine Line, negotiated the deal with attorney Ira Schreck on behalf of the O'Connors and with Chris Donnelly at Endeavor on behalf of Carnahan. Marty Bowen of UTA and manager Ken Treusch represent Gavin O'Connor.
