Entertainment companyFintage House has announced an expansion of NorthAmerican operations.

Maarten Melchior will transfer from Fintage's Netherlands-based headquarters to open an officein Toronto that will coordinate Fintage'sfilm and TV activity in Toronto, New York and Los Angeles. The office will also work with Fintage's music activity.

Fintage's US representativePaul Rogers will continue to work from Nashville, andother USemployees will be appointed soon.

In Europe,Lars Plukker will be promoted to executive VP, film andTV, taking over Melchior's European responsibilities.

Co-CEO Robbert Aarts said: "Niels [Teves] and I have worked with Maartensince 1991. He is an integral part of Fintage'sactivity and establishing a further foothold in the North American market hasbeen planned for sometime as a key to our expansion plans for our film/TV andmusic activity. Although our businessesare run out of Europe, most of our clients are US-based, so with Maarten on North American time zones it will allow him totravel extensively and more effectively to New York and Los Angeles to meet with our clients and give Fintage a round the clock presence in this major market.
