The 26th annual Breckenridge Film Festival, whichtakes place Sept 7 to 10 in Breckenridge, Colorado, has appointed film-makersLawrence David Foldes and Victoria Paige Meyerink directors of the festival's new educational outreachprogramme.

As part of the programme, Foldes and Meyerink will presenttwo full-day seminars during the festival entitled 'Independent Filmmaking InToday's Marketplace' and 'Getting Films Seen - When The Shooting Stops,the Real Work Begins'. They will also host a new sidebar entitled The Best OfThe Year's Student Academy Award-winning films.

Director Irvin Kershner (The Empire Strikes Back, Robocop2) will also present a half-day seminarentitled 'Acting In Movies.'
