Florence Grace, a ten yearveteran of 20th Century Fox, where she most recently served assenior vice president of corporate publicity, has been named senior vicepresident of publicity at TriStar Pictures, the recently revived label of SonyPictures.

TriStar, which is headed byValerie Van Galder, is a marketing, production and acquisitions unit devoted todirector-driven films with crossover appeal. The company is currently in productionon its first film Running With Scissors starring Annette Bening and directed by Ryan Murphy.
It will release its first film Lords Of Dogtown directed by Catherine Hardwicke on June 3, and laterin the year will handle Roman Polanski's new version of Oliver Twist starring Ben Kingsley.

Grace will oversee campaigns for all TriStar releases as well as the division's corporate publicity strategy. She joins the TriStarmarketing department in releasing all all product made under the sister ScreenGems label.

At Fox, Grace wasinstrumental in building the studio image as well as working on awardscampaigns such as Moulin Rouge.

"I think she's one of the top publicity executivesworking in film and I look forward to once again calling her my colleague."
