Galloping Films Australia will handle worldwide distribution on explorer documentary The Lost World Of The Crystal Skull.

The project was written and directed by Irish director Gabriel Murray and cover stories such as the crystal skull by British explorer Mitchell Hedges and the Mayan Prophecy of 2012. David Nicholson plays the role of explorer Mitchell Hedges who found the crystal skull in Belize in 1924.

Shot on location in Belize, it combines photography with animation by Sol Golden Sato and Iain Black. Footage includes rare photographs of a lost expedition to Belize in 1924.
