Spanish sales outfit KevinWilliams Associates (KWA) has picked up international rights on a handful ofnew Spanish and Latin American films including San Sebastian special screener Pablo G.del Amo: Editor Of Illusions.

The documentary from DiegoGalan, the former director of the Donostia- San Sebastian International FilmFestival, tracks the career of one of Spain's best-known editors throughinterviews with film personalities covering the last half-century of Spanishcinema. It will play in the Zabaltegi Specials section of San Sebastian (Sept15-24).

Other new Spanish films on KWA'sslate include: KanZaman-produced horror film H6, expected to play at theupcoming Sitges festival; the third and final Spanish Dogme film by directorJuan Pinzas, El Desenlace, which just picked up aspecial mention from the jury at the Latin American Cinema Festival of NewYork; and flamenco documentary The Legend Of Time (La Leyenda Del Tiempo).

In Argentina, KWA is tappinginto new talents through Baraka Cine, which produced new pick-up Tatuado,selected for screenings in the AFI, New Montreal and Biarritz Latin FilmFestival, and The Hours Go By (Como Pasan Las Horas), playing in SanSebastian's Latin Horizons.

Also new from Latin America aremusical The Last Bandoneon (El Ultimo Bandoneon), a tangos version of BuenaVista Social Club; Jules Verne-inspired period adventure 1888 from Venezuela's AlfredoAnzola; and John Dickinson's Argentina-set political black comedySplitting The Atoms (Partiendo Atomos).
