VincentPanettiere's new LA-based production company Thistle Productions is teaming upwith Indian producer Anamika Biswas and her AB Exports to co-produce at leastthree films.

The films willbe financed by Biswas through AB Exports and she will serve as executiveproducer on them; Panettiere will act as producer.

The titles are: TheAgenda, a thrillerwritten by David Cahill and Nicholas Ellis and to be directed by Mario Di Leowhose previous credits include The Final Alliance with David Hasselhof and episodes of MiamiVice, Xena - Warrior Princess and Babylon 5; romantic comedy The Big Sizzle written by Debbie Desideri and to bedirected by newcomer Cameron Spencer; and The Caress, a drama written and to be directed byMaurice O'Callaghan (Broken Harvest) which will be shot in Ireland.

Panettiere originally heldexecutive positions at 20th Century Fox and CBS before founding Panettiere& Co in 1992 to represent TV and film writers and directors.
