Lions Gate Entertainment has acquired all domestic rights to the five-film initial slate of InDigEnt, the digital video film initiative headed by Gary Winich, John Sloss and IFC Entertainment.

The deal includes Campbell Scott's Final, Ethan Hawke's Chelsea Walls, Bruce Wagner's Women In Film, Richard Linklater's Tape and Rodrigo Garcia's Ten Tiny Love Stories. Tape and Women In Film are premiering at the Sundance Film Festival.

The deal is structured to allow Lions Gate to premier the films in the medium most appropriate to each film's scale, whether theatrical, pay cable or video.

Final stars Denis Leary and Hope Davis. Chelsea Walls (formerly Last Word On Paradise) features an ensemble cast including Nick Nolte, Kris Kristofferson, Robert Sean Leonard and Hawke's wife Uma Thurman. Leonard, Thurman and Hawke all appear in Tape. Ten Tiny Love Stories stars Debi Mazar, Radha Mitchell, Elizabeth Pena, Deborah Unger and Alicia Witt. Women In Film stars Beverly D'Angelo, Portia de Rossi and Marianne Jean-Baptiste.

Inspired by Denmark's Dogme 95 collective, InDigEnt filmmakers agree to work within a framework of budgetary and technical limitations while sharing 50% of any revenues generated across the breadth of the filmmaking team.
