Nominations for the 27th London Critics' Circle Film Awards will beannounced on Friday December 15.

The Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday February 8 at theDorchester Hotel in London.

There are five nominees in each category.Leslie Phillips, star of the Doctor series of films will be honoured with The Dilys Powelllifetime achievement award.

The event will be presented by MariellaFrostrup and Paul Gambaccini.
