MercuryMedia is at Mipcom with Loose Change Final Cut, the followup to Loose Change 2, which was made famous by a Vanity Fair profile last year.

Dylan Avery's film is an independent investigation of the events surrounding September 11. The Final Cut version includes new material since the first one was made.

The two-hour feature will be launched online on Nov 11 at MercuryMedia's pay-per-view broadband sites joiningthedots.tv, loosechange911.com and prisonplanet.com.

The film is available for theatrical distribution, excluding the US, from January 2008. Revolver has UK rights.

Executive producer Tim Sparke, managing director of MercuryMedia said: 'The power and importance of this film has guided our decision to release the film first online, prior to its UK theatrical and European theatrical release. Loose Change Final Cut rewrites the rules of what can be said on film and will simultaneously re-invent the accepted distribution model.'
