Moviehouse Entertainment,one of the UK's leading cross-over art-house sellers, has picked up rights toShut Up & Shoot Me (Sklapni A zastre l Me), an over-the-top comedyfrom Czech commercials director Steen Agro.

Currently inpost-production, the film features a man who works six jobs, so his ungratefulfiancee can buy high-end designer shoes and clothes. However, when she iskilled in a freak accident during their honeymoon, he decides that life is notworth living any more and bribes another man to help him die. It stars KarelRoden (Blade II, Bulletproof Monk, Hellboy) and Andy Nyman (DeadBabies).

Moviehouse's managingdirector Mark Vennis said: 'Shut Up & Shoot Me is asuperb comedy highlighted by great performances from a stellar cast. We believeits madcap premise will resonate with audiences everywhere.'

The film is the firstfeature to emerge from Storitel, the new production company launched bymillionaire entrepreneur Paul Sherwood, who said: 'we aimed to create a distinctive and irreverently funnyfilm that has broad commercial appeal.'

At Berlin, Moviehouse isalso handling Adam & Paul, the Irish drama which plays in thePanorama section.
