Claire Mullaly has been promoted to executive director, worldwide publicity, for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (SPHE), and Staci Griesbach has been promoted to director, worldwide publicity. Both are based in Sony's Culver City headquarters and will report to Fritz Friedman, senior vice president of worldwide publicity.

Mullaly will manage strategic public relations activities for SPHE DVD releases worldwide, with a focus on SPHE's Blu-ray Disc initiatives and corporate communications activities. Prior to joining SPHE, Mullaly worked in the digital entertainment, rights and technology group at Edelman and had clients includinh Blu-ray Disc Founder Group at Hill & Knowlton.

Griesbach will manage and execute strategic public relations activities for SPHE's new release DVD slate in North America with special focus on family, faith-based and acquisition product. She was previously manager, worldwide pubiicity, and was involved in some of the studio's most successful DVD campaigns including Casino Royale, The Da Vinci Code and Seinfeld.

Meanwhile Jason Allen has joined SPHE as manager, worldwide publicity, reporting to Mullaly. He previously worked at Shout Factory and Bender Helper Impact.
