New Yorker Films has acquired US rights to Nuri Bilge Ceylan's competition title 3 Monkeys from Pyramide International.

Sales have also been completed on the well-reviewed film to the UK (New Wave Cinema), Canada (Mongrel Media), Italy (Bim), Columbia (Cine Columbia), Benelux (Imagine), Greece (Rosebud), Portugal (Atalanta), Italy (BIM), Switzerland (Filmcoopi), CIS/Baltics (Maywin), India (Alliance Lumiere), Indonesia/Singapore/Malaysia/Vietnam (Suraya Filem), Ex-Yugoslavia (Megacom) and Norway (Fidalgo).

Negotiations are ongoing for Germany, Spain, Israel, Korea, Mexico and Denmark.
