Former International Union of Cinemas (UNIC) CEO Jan Runge has been named the European representative of the International Cinema Tech Association (ICTA).
Runge takes over from Thomas Rüttgers (ECCO), who held the position for five years. Rüttgers steps into the role of board directors alongside the fellow newly-appointed members Oliver Pasch (Sony Digital) and Till Cussman (CinemaNext/Ymagis).
After stepping down from his position at UNIC, Runge has been working as an independent analyst and freelance advisor to the cinema industry.
The ICTA is a network of professionals in the cinema services and technologies industries.
