Disney’s reimagining of Sleeping Beauty to screen in 24 IMAX cinemas from Friday [June 13].

Maleficent is to receive an IMAX release in the UK and Ireland.

Disney’s live-action reimagining of Sleeping Beauty will screen in 24 IMAX cinemas from this Friday [June 13] in IMAX 3D.

Having debuted top of the chart, Maleficent has enchanted the UK box office with a terrific £11.3m tally to date and has made over £200m worldwide.

The film stars Angelina Jolie in the title role, alongside Elle Fanning, Sharlto Copley, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville.
