Newly formed Radial Entertainment appoints four to new positions

Global distribution platform Radial Entertainment has appointed four executives from its FilmRise and Shout! Studios operations to new positions. 

The appointments follow the formation of Radial earlier this month, when US alternative investment firm Oaktree Capital Management acquired US distributor FilmRise and merged it with Shout! 

David Buoymaster, previously SVP of corporate strategy and finance at FilmRise, becomes Radial’s chief financial officer; Johnny Holden, previously chief strategy officer and CFO at FilmRise, will serve as chief revenue and strategy officer at Radial; Dave McIntosh, who oversaw acquisition deals at Shout! as EVP of business and legal affairs and SVP of content licensing and strategy, becomes EVP content and business affairs at Radial; and Max Pinigin, previously Shout!’s chief financial officer, takes the same title at Radial. 

Radial CEO Garson Foos commented: “These key roles have been strategically structured to drive significant growth and unlock new opportunities as we grow Radial into one of the leading distributors in the industry.
