Principal photography has wrapped on director Roberto Faenza’s New York comedy Someday This Pain Will Be Useful To You.

Based on Peter Cameron’s award-winning novel, the film was shot entirely in New York and stars Toby Regbo (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows) in his first lead role. Also in the cast are Marcia Gay Harden, Peter Gallagher, Ellen Burstyn, Stephen Lang, Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood), Aubrey Plaza (Scott Pilgrim vs The World) and Lucy Liu.

Written by Faenza (Come Into the Light), Cameron and Dahlia Heyman, the film is produced by Elda Ferri (Life is Beautiful) and Allen Bain and executive produced by Rose Ganguzza (Margin Call), Milena Canonera and Four of a Kind CEO Ron Stein (The Kids Are All Right).
