Screen can reveal the first trailers from Jeremy Lutter’s supernatural horror The Hollow Child and Adam Cushman’s psychological thriller Restraint.
Genre specialist sales outfit Devilworks has picked up sales on the two titles ahead of next month’s American Film Market (Nov 1-8).
The Hollow Child stars starring Jessica McLeod (Deathnote) and Hannah Cheramy (Colossal) in the story of a teen who fights to save her younger sister after she is captured by highly intelligent supernatural creatures. Watch the trailer below.
Restraint stars Dana Ashbrook (Twin Peaks) in the story of a disturbed young woman who plunges into a metaphorical darkness after unexpectedly becoming pregnant. Amelia Yokel and Jake Borowski produced.
The film previously picked up the best feature prize at the Rhode Island Film festival and the best director prize at the Downton LA festival. Watch the trailer below.
