Way To Blue promotes Alicia Deza

Way To Blue has appointed Alicia Deza, director of Way To Blue Spain, as European managing director.

The brand new role was created by the global communications agency to oversee their operations across five European territories: Spain, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands. Deza will report into the executive management team led by CEO Adam Rubins and will be responsible for the management and growth of the agency’s European businesses.

Deza joined the agency 10 years ago and has been director of Way To Blue Spain since 2009.

“We are delighted that Alicia has moved into a leadership position across our European portfolio,” commented Rubins. “Europe plays a key part in our growth plans and Alicia is the perfect candidate to lead our business forward.”
