Nicole Kidman will receive adistinguished decade of achievement in film award at worldwide exhibitorsconvention ShoWest in March in Las Vegas. The actress will accept her award,which recognizes "Kidman's extraordinary body of work over the lastten years," on stage on March 7 at the Showest gala awards banquet.

Other 2002 honorees so farannounced include Will Smith, Ron Howard, Steven Spielberg and Naomi Watts.

Kidman was previouslyhonoured in 1992 by ShoWest as the female star of tomorrow. Since her US breakthroughrole in Dead Calm in 1988, shehas become on of Hollywood's biggest female stars in films such as lastyear's Moulin Rouge and TheOthers, To Die For, BatmanForever, The Portrait Of A Lady, Eyes Wide Shut, Far And Away, Practical Magic,The Peacemaker, My Life, Days Of Thunder, Malice and Billy Bathgate.

She is currently on screensin Birthday Girl and will next be seen in Stephen Daldry's The Hours, Lars Von Trier's Dogville and Robert Benton's The Human Stain.
