Sweden 's NonStop Entertainment has acquired two vampire features - Park Chan-wook's highly-anticipated Thirst and Not Like Others from Swedish director Peter Pontikis. Both films are still in production and will premiere later this year. Nonstop has acquired rights to both films for Scandinavia, Iceland and the Baltics.

Thirst stars Song Kang-ho as a pastor who pursues his repressed desires when he comes back to life as a vampire after dying from a virus. The film, which is being sold by CJ Entertainment, is scheduled for Korean release in December 2008.

Sisterhood vampire drama Not Like Others is NonStop's first domestic Swedish acquisition. It tells the story of two vampire sisters, who are forced to run for their lives, when one kills the leader of a biker-gang in a night club.

Pontikis has previously made several short films including The Gift which was selected by the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (Forum of Independents) in 2006 and to Mar del Plata International Film Festival in 2007. It will be released in Sweden in September 2008.
