"In the past fewyears, PHEI has gone through a series of changes in order to make the companystronger and more closely tied to Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles,"said Doctorow. "It is nowtime to take the next step to further strengthen and position PHEI for thefuture. Phil has made a great contribution to the reorganization and I amdelighted that he will continue to lead PHEI."

"Being closer to ourcolleagues in Los Angeles will be terrific," said Jackson. "This move will certainly help usachieve the ambitious plans we have mapped out in the international marketplacefor the next few years. I am genuinely excited to be part of this next step."
