Principal photography has begun in upstate New York on TreeHouse Pictures and Anonymous Content’s Adult World.

Emma Roberts, John Cusack and Evan Peters are starring in the satirical comedy about a young would-be poet and her literary hero and mentor. Scott Coffey is directing from a script by Andrew Cochran.

Producers are Justin Nappi and Kevin Turen and Anonymous Content’s Joy Gorman. Alex Gladstone will also produce with Manu Gargi.

TreeHouse Pictures’ Arbitrage, starring Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon, screened recently at Sundance and was acquired by Lionsgate and Roadside Attractions. Los Angeles-based TreeHouse is also producing All is Lost, the new film from Oscar nominee (for his Margin Call screenplay) J C Chandor.
