The second world war action horror movie is being produced by Mann Made Films.
UK Sales outfit AV Pictures have signed on to handle international sales for Second World War action-horror movie, The 4th Reich.
AV will begin pre-sales ahead of the films’ May 2012 start of shoot date.
Directed by Shaun Robert Smith, the film will be produced by Scott Mann and James Edward Barker for UK based Mann Made Films, with Michael J Bassett executive producing.
AV and Mann Made previously partnered on Scott Mann’s debut action flick, The Tournament.
Sean Pertwee, Tom Savini and Doug Bradley have signed on to star in the film. Casting for the leads is still underway.
“We’ve been keeping a close relationship with Mann Made Films since The Tournament. Scott and James have an incredible eye for commercial fare and a talent for producing content with a high production value,” said AV Pics director of production & acquisitions Lee Brazier
Meanwhile, Mann Made are about to begin casting their next project, Extraction, a super natural home-invasion movie, to be directed by Lawrence Gough – winner of the 2009 Trailblazer Award at Edinburgh for best newcomer for Salvage.
