The project marks Alex and Andrew Smith’s follow-up to The Slaughter Rule and stars Chaske Spencer.

Winter In The Blood follows a man who embarks on an odyssey to retrieve his renegade wife and his missing beloved rifle.

The cast includes David Morse, Gary Farmer, Julia Jones and Dana Wheeler-Nicholson, as well as first-time actors from Montana’s Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy reservations.

Susan Kirr is producing and Carl Hampe and Heather Rae serve as executive producers along with Ken White.
