The UK's Redbus Film Distribution has picked up UK rights to Sundance title We Don't Live Here Anymore from Warner Independent Pictures.

Redbus aims for the acquisition to be the first in an ongoing relationship with the classics division, whose stablemate Warner Home Video handles Redbus' video distribution.

The UK distributor will open the film after Warner's US release in the second half of the year and is aiming for a break out success. Starring Mark Ruffalo, Laura Dern, Naomi Watts and Peter Krause, the film looks at the effects of adultery on two couples who are also best friends.

Warner took North American and UK rights to the independently financed film for a reported $2m at Sundance, the first acquisition for the recently formed division.

Renaissance Films is handling international sales on the Front Street Pictures production.

Redbus recently picked up UK rights to another Sundance film, shark thriller Open Water.
