"The quota for US Hollywood features in China currently stands as 34 titles a year. Other countries don’t face that limitation."

Minor correction here: the 34-film quota is for "revenue-shared" imports (in which the studio gets some of the Chinese box-office take). Most of these slots go to Hollywood features, but non-Hollywood features invariably get a few every year--off the top of my head, STALINGRAD and FLY ME TO THE MOON were released last year as revenue-shared imports. Films can be imported outside the quota as flat-fee "buyout" releases. Traditionally Hollywood studio films didn't have this option, but that's changed in the last couple of years. In 2013 Sony got HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA and RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION released as buyout films, and Lionsgate's NOW YOU SEE ME, ESCAPE PLAN, and CATCHING FIRE were also bought out by Chinese distributors. There's no hard and fast limit on the number of films that can be imported from a given country.
