Hmmm, it took me a while but i've just tracked this case down. It took place in Bristol last week. The judgement has just been sent to the parties and is not, as yet, a matter of public record. (You'll be able to purchase a copy in a week or so...) This leads me to conclude that the above comment, if it's true, is from someone in-house at Creative England.
