It has to be said that the independant chains and the newer mutiplexes have a much more customer friendly approach than our oldest chain whose claim to be fanatical about film is no more than a sick joke when you look around the general poor standard of infrastructure and witness the rock bottom staff morale at my local outlet. Perhaps it's being owned a Venture Capital outfit that has created their cynical approach to decor and presentation.
