We understand Mr Icahn does not agree with Lionsgate and their management... But what does he want? I can tell you, what he need to change.

LGE Domestic distribution- Bring in new acquisitions people. (Terrible as is) Bring in new marketing people for the domestic area. (So many amazing marketing people who were laid off from the studios, go searching) The only two types of films LGE domestic does well, are Tyler Perry movies and horror films. Stop all other genres, until you hire new above people.

Keep intl as is. Biggest mistake is changing this area. Helen Kim and her team are brilliant. (Though some could use a personality and not so corp, sales is fun...)

TV- keep it as is. They are selling the best movies. Libraries, will hold value in the future. New platforms will emerge. Think big. Think the future.

Bring in better production people/producers into the Lionsgate fold. Most of LGE films are just ok, they could be so much better. Their co-financing US deals are decided by people who have no clue on what directors work and many films suffer because of it.(So many sales people complain about this) Start caring. Bring in some older well known directors, rather then hip and sloppy directors of today. I understand the need to bring in young, but older is wise. Listen to the sales companies who know.

This company can improve, just change what I wrote above, all will be fine.
