Following its success with Julie Delpy's 2 Days In Paris , France 's Rezo Films will handle international sales on another English-language film, John Sayles Honeydripper.

The film will have its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival this month and is a 'rock-n'-roll fable' about a 1950s juke joint owner down on his luck until the legendary 'Guitar Sam' comes to town. The cast includes Danny Glover, Charles S Dutton, Lisa Gay Hamilton, Stacy Keach and Mary Steenburgen. Musicians featured in the film include Keb' Mo' and Dr. Mable John.

Honeydripper has been selected for competition in San Sebastian and will be released theatrically in the US in December.

Also in Toronto, Rezo has several other films in official selection including Rebellion. The Litvinenko Case which screens in the Real to Reel section and Eric Rohmer's The Romance Of Astrea And Celadon in the Masters section. It is also in competition in Venice and New York.

Also in the Masters section in Toronto is Manoel de Oliveira's latest, Christopher Columbus The Enigma (it will screen out of competition in Venice); Alexander Sokurov's Cannes entry Alexandra and Ulzhan by Volker Schloendorff.

Among the films which round out Rezo's sales slate are Philippe Rouquier's The Last Mile, a $10m thriller in English currently in pre-production and starring Julie Delpy, Vincent Gallo and David Carradine; Laetitia Masson's Coupable, a romantic comedy starring Jeremie Renier and Helene Fillieres which is currently posting and the completed films Princess Of The Sun by Philippe LeClerc, Lola Doillon's Just About Love', Micha Wald's Horse Thieves and Rafa Cortes' Yo. Rezo will screen the latter film both in Toronto and San Sebastian.
