Alliance Atlantis has promoted two executives to the top marketing-publicity positions in its Entertainment Group. Gail Rivett has been named senior vice president, marketing and publicity, and Pam Wilson has been named senior vice president, publicity.

Rivett, based in Toronto, will oversee all functions of the Entertainment Group's marketing and publicity departments worldwide, including feature film and television projects produced and distributed by the group. Rivett will report to Ted Riley, president, distribution.

Wilson, who will continue to work out of the company's LA office and will report to Rivett, will handle worldwide publicity for feature film and television projects.

Current projects for Rivett and Wilson include the international launches of Atom Egoyan's Ararat, Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine, Lynne Ramsay's Morvern Callar and Paul Gross' Men With Brooms, as well as the hit TV series CSI.
