Directed by Jens Dahl, Breeder is about a woman who is trapped and tortured while researching a health company’s dangerous experiments.
The film is also part of the Frontières Platform’s Buyers Showcase during the Marche, with Breeder writer Sissel Dalgaard Thomsen also be speaking on a Scandinavian Films’ webinar about rising Nordic genre talents on June 25.
Some 3,000 screenings of over 85 films took place in 580 cinemas around the UK in November 2025.
The dup worked closely together to ratchet up the tension in Kathryn Bigelow’s nuclear thriller.
“I wanted to recreate all the visuals [evoked by] Dylan and Lynch,” said director Jovanović.
The Neom shoot of Rupert Wyatt’s big-budget action title ’Desert Warrior’ is the perfect example of what filming in Saudi Arabia can achieve.
