Korean’s Showbox Mediaplex has sold action thriller Confession Of Murder to multiple territories, including Japan (Twin Co) and German-speaking Europe (Splendid Films).

The film has also gone to French-speaking Europe (Synergy Cinema), China (Shanghai Vision Film) and Indonesia (Ram Indo).

Directed by Jung Byung-gil (Action Boys), the film revolves around a detective investigating a serial killer case, which is complicated when somebody publishes a book claiming responsibility for the murders. Jung Jae-young (Countdown) and TV star Park Si-hoo head the cast. The film opens in Korea next weekend (Nov 8).

Showbox has also sealed further deals on Lim Sang-yun’s action title A Company Man, which has gone to Ex-USSR and Baltics (Maywin Films) and Hong Kong (Edko Films). The film was a hot seller at the recent Asian Film Market in Busan.
