Spanish salesconsortium Grupo Pi has announced a handful of deals concluded at the recentEuropean Film Market in Berlin.

The outfit soldlocal box office hit 4th Floor (Planta 4a) to Movie Max in Italy, where the film is expectedto be released on around 50 prints, and to Jekino Films for Benelux.

The BocaBocaproduction, which was seen by more than a million people and earned close toEuros 5.4m at the Spanish box office, is awaiting release in a slew ofterritories across Latin America this spring and summer.

Grupo Pi says itis negotiating further sales, including to Greece and the US.

The company,overseen by general manager Geraldine Gonard, also closed deals on Manuel GomezPereira's crowd-pleasing comedy Things That Make Life Worth Living (Cosas QueHacen Que La Vida Valga La Pena) to Italy (AB Films) and Mexico (Quality Films), and took up talks withdistributors in the UK and Finland.
