US-Japanese sales agent Eleven Arts has sold US and UK rights for Masashi Yamamoto's Man, Woman & The Wall (Kikareta Onna) to TLA Releasing. Eleven Arts is handling the title for Tokyo-based producer Transformer.

Billed as an erotic suspense thriller, the film stars famed adult film performer Sora Aoi as a stalked woman who begins a strange relationship with the male neighbour who lives on the other side of a thin wall.

Yamamoto is well-known in indie film circles in Japan and overseas, with links to Jim Jarmusch and Tom DiCillo. Yamamoto's punk classic Carnival In The Night (1982), Robinson's Garden (1987) and Junk Food (1997) were all official selections in Berlin, with the latter receiving a theatrical release in the US.

Eleven Arts mainly focuses on genre titles but also partnered on US releases of Love And Honor and What The Snow Brings, starring Yusuke Iseya (Blindness).

TLA also acquired Canadian horror movie Gutterballs and Spain 's Chef's Special at the Cannes market.
