According to press reports, TF1 International chief Patrick Binet has been taken into custody by police following the discovery of a dead body in Binet's Parisian residence.

For the moment, details are sketchy but some French media report that the victim was a man in his 40s and may have succumbed to a heart attack. A police source told The Associated Press that criminal activity is not highly suspected.

A third man was also reportedly present and has been taken into custody.
