Germany's Dominik Graf picked up the top prize at the 6th Marrakech International Film Festival for his The Red Cockatoo this weekend. Max Riemelt also took the Best Actor prize for the same film.

The Jury Prize went to Romania's Radu Muntean for The Paper Will Be Blue while Best Actress was awarded to Fatou N'Diaye in Robert Favreau's A Sunday In Kigali from Canada.

The jury was presided over by Roman Polanski who was joined by Sandrine Bonnaire, Jamel Debbouze, Maria de Medeiros, Pan Nalin, Yousry Nasrallah, Ludivine Sagnier, Paz Vega and David Wenham.
