Toronto-based VictoriousFilms is readying Jacob Tierney's Return Baggage aka The Lonely Planet, the Canadian actor's follow-up to his featuredirectorial debut Twist, whichscreened at last year's Venice Film Festival. Victorious president VictoriaHirst will co-produce the Canada-Greece coproduction with Fenia Cossavitsa (TheCat's Meow, Signs And Wonders). Thedrama is set to star Nick Stahl (Terminator 3, Carnivale), Aaron Ashmore (Prom Queen,Skulls 2) and Emily Hampshire Hampshire appears opposite Tierney in Jerry Ciccoritti's Blood, premiering at Toronto this year. Production is setfor Spring 2005 in Greece and Montreal.

Victorious is working on afive-picture development slate, including another Tierney-penned project,Mexican-Canadian coproduction Good Neighbours And The Trotsky; UK-Canada coproduction Macgillvary's Girl written by Karen Walton (Ginger Snaps); Undying, written by David Weaver and Brigitte Newson; 1936, written and to be directed by Denise Blinn; as wellas three television series ESL, Flemo, and My Pet Hampster.

Most recently, Hirstoptioned the short story "Dreams", by Toronto novelist Russell Smith.Meanwhile, Twist is released onDVD in North America on October 19.
