The studio is supporting the launch of Christopher Nolan’s Inception with a social media campaign.

Warner Brothers UK has launched a social media driven, real-life man hunt to support the release of Christopher Nolan’s Inception.

Participants will attempt to track down ‘The Extractor’ – the role played by Leonardo DiCaprio - in seven cities across the UK by deciphering clues and following “check-ins” posted on the film’s UK Facebook page.

There are tickets to the world premiere on offer for those users who discover ‘The Extractor’ and reveal a code sentence.

The initiative is run in conjunction with Orange Wednesdays Film Club and the first clue of each day will be posted on the Orange Wednesday’s Film Club Facebook page.

The interactive hunt will have a number of activation points including Facebook, Twitter and FourSquare.
