Winchester Films has closed two more major territories on Heartbreakers, the all-star comedy which MGM will release domestically on March 23. Dall'Angelo Pictures has bought Italian rights on the film and Buena Vista International has taken Australian rights.

Starring Sigourney Weaver, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Gene Hackman, Jason Lee and Ray Liotta, the film has already been sold to Advanced in Germany, Icon in the UK, Sogepaq in Spain and CLT-Ufa in France and Benelux. Winchester still has some key territories to close - Japan, Latin America and Scandinavia - which it plans to do this week.

Winchester Films CEO Gary Smith and president Hadeel Reda are busy consolidating on their newly formalised co-production and financing relationship with What Women Want producers Wind Dancer Films and looking to strike similar relationships with Hollywood-based producers with a view to supplying six US films a year to the international marketplace.
