LA management and production company Anonymous Content is to merge with talent management outfit Strong/Morrone Entertainment effective Jan 1, 2003, the two companies announced on Friday. Beverly Strong and Jeff Morrone along with managers Maani Golesorkhi, Nils Larsen and staff will transfer their base of operations into Anonymous Content's headquarters in Culver City. Anonymous Content is run by founder and CEO Steve Golin.

Strong/Morrone's talent list includes young actors Rachael Leigh Cook, Boris Kodjoe, Gabrielle Union, Gregory Smith and Shane West and joins Anonymous' roster which includes Maura Tierney, Kristen Johnson, Omar Epps, Tom Everett Scott, Patricia Clarkson, Tiffani Thiesen and Tony Goldwyn.

Anonymous also represents film-makers such as Stephen Gaghan, Marcus Raboy (Friday After Next) and Barry Blaustein as well as commercial/music video directors such as David Fincher, David Kellogg, Andrew Douglas, Mark Romanek and Gore Verbinski.

Golin is currently in pre-production on Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind for Focus Features with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet in the lead roles and will produce Fifty First Kisses for Sony Pictures next spring along with Larry Kennar and Scott Bankston and Happy Madison Productions.

'Our long-held desire to grow our talent management division, and the full-service, hands-on philosophy we share with Beverly and Jeff, made this a natural move," said Golin in a statement. "We look forward to working with them and their roster of rising young actors.'

'We are very excited about merging our two companies," said Strong and Morrone in a joint statement. "This is the perfect opportunity for our clients to move up to the next level in their careers by collaborating with writers, directors and producers associated with Anonymous Content.'
