Cybelle Greeman has been promoted to vice president of development at Artisan Entertainment. She will now be responsible for the development of film scripts on the company's slate as well as tracking new material and up and coming talent. She will report to Artisan president Bill Block.

Greeman was previously director of development and production for Artisan and was part of the 1999 Sundance Film Festival team which championed the acquisition of The Blair Witch Project. She was also involved in the development of recent productions including The Limey and A Stir Of Echoes and is currently overseeing the development of The Blair Witch Project 2 and the Blair Witch prequel.

Greeman originally worked at Artisan in an administrative role when it was Live Entertainment.
