Arts Alliance America, formerly Hart Sharp Video, has picked up North American rights to the Vera Farmiga drama Never Forever and will co-distribute with South Korea's Prime Entertainment.

The company plans a theatrical release in the first quarter of 2008 followed by DVD rollout.

Never Forever premiered at Sundance and stars Farmiga as a married women who embarks on an affair with a Korean immigrant in a bid to save her marriage. Gina Kim directed and the film also stars Jung-Woo Ha and David McInnis.

Arts Alliance America president Joe Amodei negotiated the deal with Prime Entertainment's senior manager of internal sales and acquisitions Juyoung Park.
